Health & Safety COR Audit of Fruit Fillings Producer

Blackbird completed a Health & Safety COR Audit of a leading fruit fillings producer in Western Canada. The facility had over 70,000 square feet of automated production lines. The company is the only processor in Canada that provides glacé fruit products and they are particularly known for their organic and preservative-free fillings. The audit included the Production Department, Quality Control Department, Logistics Department, Research and Development, Sales Department, Finance and Administration Department and a Maintenance Department. 20 supervisor, manager and worker interviews were conducted as part of the audit.
