Coffee Roasting Company – Health & Safety Audit and Program Development

As part of the training requirements to become a Lead FIOSA-MIOSA – Safety Alliance of BC External COR Auditor, Blackbird is assisting a coffee roasting company develop and implement a safety management system that conforms to the FIOSA-MIOSA Safety Alliance of BC COR program.Blackbird first completed a health and safety audit of the organization based on the FIOSA-MIOSA COR audit tool. We then prioritized audit findings by risk, so the company can focus on the higher priority items.We are helping to develop the organization’s Health and Safety Manual and Policy, and will be completing health and safety training for staff. Blackbird passed the training and now has a Lead FIOSA-MIOSA – Safety Alliance of BC External COR Auditor.
