International Airport – Environmental Review of De-Icing Operations

Blackbird was retained by an international airport to perform an environmental review of de-icing operations.  The objective of the review was to determine if de-icing operations conducted by Airport Operations, the main service contractor and the glycol treatment operator were in accordance with applicable regulations and best management practices.
