Blackbird was retained by a research and analytical laboratory to conduct their annual 2011 EHS compliance audit. The laboratory provides testing, consulting and research services to the electric and natural gas industries, their customers and suppliers. They operate electrical and natural gas equipment testing facilities, chemical, metallurgical and civil laboratories, and a pilot hydrogen generation plant and fuelling facility. Their facility is located on an 11-acre site, and employs approximately 100 people.
